Sand Washing Machine Working principle
Impeller of my sand washing machine is driven by the motor and rotates slowly. Driven by the revolution of the impeller through triangle belt and decelerator, materials in the mangers roll and grind one another. In this way, impurities on the surface of materials can be removed, and water vapour layer covering the sands can be destroyed, which makes dehydrating easier. Meanwhile, water is added into the sand making machine, and the strong current washes impurities away and discharges them. Clean materials are taken away by the blades and finally poured into the discharging chute.
