Overview

Application
1. This series of jaw crusher is mainly used to crush mid hardness ores and rocks in metallurgical industry, mining, chemistry, cement making industry, construction, refractory, pottery and porcelain making for secondary and fine crushing.
2. It is preferred to crush ores, rocks, slag, etc, whose compressive strength is under 280Mpa. Maximum size of feed materials must be less than what is required according to the specifications.
Working principle
Through the triangle belt, the flywheel is driven by the motor. Then the flywheel drives the eccentric shaft to make the movable jaw plate do reciprocating motion.. Materials will be crushed when the movable jaw plate move towards to the fixed jaw plate. End products will be discharged through the discharging opening when the movable jaw plate moves backwards.

Structure
JC jaw crusher is made up of frame、eccentric shaft transmission、crushing chamber、safety unit、discharging adjusting devices etc.
1. Frame: I t consists of slide plate、front subassembly、and back weldment.
2. Eccentric shaft transmission: It consists of jaw stock、eccentric shaft、bearing、bearing socket、and pulley.
3. Crushing chamber: It consists of fixed jaw plate、movable jaw plate、cheek plate、and side plate.
4. Safety unit: It consists of toggle plate、toggle plate socket、spring、and tension rod.
5. Discharging adjusting devices: It consists of fixed slant lump、gliding slant lump、top thread bolt and tension rod for tightening.
