VW Shaping Machine |
Overview
SBM’s new VW series stone shaping machine combines the functions of shaping and crushing. Changing feeding methods and core structure of the crushing cavity, it can be separately used as a crusher or a shaper. It enables one machine two uses without expanding investment.
Application
VW series shaping machine can be widely used in expressway and railway construction, hydropower station construction, bridge and tunnel building, concrete batching plant, especially for crushing and gravel shaping. VW series shaping machine is highly recommended when it comes to the shaping of gravels used in concrete aggregates, whose concrete strength is above C 60 or which required being freeze proof and leak proof. In the fine crushing section, VW series shaping machine is the substitute of impact crusher, but it is much better than impact crusher in terms of main performance.

1. High performance and long service time
A. Special light oil lubrication system ensures the temperature to be below 25℃.
B. New automatic protection device eliminate the hidden danger with the early warning system of vibration and motor oil filter.

2. High quality and crushing ratio
A. Excellent design of the impellers reduces the resistant force for the passing materials and increases crushing ratio by 10 to 20 percent.
B. Hydraulic system allows automatic uncovering, reducing intensity of labor and making maintenance easier.
C. The use of rivet hot technique in the mainframe enhances intensity of structure and tenacity, and ensures stable performance.
D. SBM-VSI crushers employ world-class light oil leak proof device, which saves the trouble of changing oil seal.
E. Maximum feeding size is increased to 80mm, while that of the traditional machines is 50mm.
Working principle
Center feeding
Materials fall into the hopper and then through the feeding opening in the center enter the high speed rotor which will throw out the materials with high speed. Materials firstly strike those materials that are free falling down.. Then, materials strike the materials-liner in the vortex or the impact liner and are rebounded to the top of crushing chamber and then fall down. After that, the falling materials with materials shot from the impeller form a continuous materials curtain. Ultimately, crushed materials will be discharged from the discharging opening.
Center and ring feeding
The materials fall into the hopper and circle hole and then will be divided into two parts by the distributing plate. One part of materials cross the distributing plate and enter the high speed impeller and then is accelerated and thrown out .The other part falls down from the sides of distributor. Materials firstly strike the free falling down materials. Then, materials strike the materials-liner in the vortex or the impact liner and are rebounded to the top of crushing cavity and then fall down. The falling materials with materials shot from the impeller form a continuous curtain of materials. At last, crushed materials will be discharged from the discharging opening.
