Overview
LSX series Sand washing machine is specially designed for sand rock and quartz sand washing, classifying and dehydrating. Its novel seal design and adjustable down flow weir ensures the high performance and durability.
Application
LSX series sand washing machine is applied to washing, classifying and dehydrating the sand in such areas as sand-making, construction site, hydropower station, concrete plant glass and casting industry, etc.
Working principle
Sand washing machine is set at a 15 degree slope. At the bottom of sink, three weirs formed a flow tank. The head of the screw is in the flow tank. The screw is driven by motor and takes the sand to the flow tank to be washed by the water from the holes in the bottom.
