Vibrating Feeder |
Overview
The vibrating feeder is used to feed the lump，particle and powdery materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and roughly screens them. Stepless regulation is available for SBM’s feeder to automatically and centrally control the feeding volume.
Application
Vibrating Feeder can continuously and evenly send materials to crusher and roughly screen them. It matches crushing and screening machine in many areas such as metallurgical industry, coal mining, mining-separating, building ,chemical and grinding industry, etc.
Working priciple
Two eccentric shafts rotates at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, forming the strong centrifugal force .The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like Para curve, then fall down. In this process, materials on the feeder will be casted out.
